1). If the item is not eligible for a refund, we do not accept refunds once the order has shipped. If order is cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order, I can refund the value paid minus 5% paypal fee (which is non-refundable by paypal).
2). If the item is eligible for return, but the item is returned because it could not be delivered or buyer changes their mind, you will be refunded the item’s value upon receipt of the item, minus the initial shipping fee (which seller had to pay to ship the item to you).
