A small, light, hand-carved piece of birch wood for meditation and ritual.

The designs on this bowl refer to the connection between the birch tree and light, brightness, and beginnings.The energy is protecting and nourishing, but does not disguise the nature of existence as continual change through the cycles of life and death.

The centre has a complex rune design that helps to bring in positive and creative energy to the beginnings of things. It helps to clarify, energise and purify actions and intentions.
On the base is a complex rune design that represents The Mountain of Healing, a Primal Realm visualised in The Poetic Edda, from which spring and which sustains the World Tree and the Beneficent Goddesses who dwell under it and dream humanity into existence.

This magical bowl has a lot more going on beneath the surface than at first appears, as well as acting as a bringer of calm, profound energy and a doorway to a multi-level reality beyond the mundane.
