Medicine Dolls by Arzu are handmade in a slow and intuitive crafting process working with pure wool and plant fibres, medicinal herbs and crystals.

Crone medicine doll works with a principal plant ally and crystal. She is ready to be a companion on your journey.
She stands strong in her cronehood; comfortable in her skin, always seeking and speaking her truth.
On her heart-space she may wear Amethyst or Labradorite – extremely powerful and protective stones with a high spiritual vibration. Amethyst also helps to balance out highs and lows; promoting emotional centering.
The dolls pictured here are filled with herbs in their womb-space, gifted from my garden on Kabi Kabi/Gubbi Gubbi country; nurtured by my hands and dried in my studio. Mugwort is totally free of judgement and helps you not to judge your experiences but rather to accept them as they are. Her medicine is to teach that being alone is not lonely when we have our spirit companions who are always there and waiting to help; angels, nature spirits, plants or animals. Mugwort will help you to see and accept both the light and the darkness within yourself, without judgement. (1)
She carries a herb medicine staff bound with hand-spun nettle fibre. Nettle to bring back joie de vivre. Its sting shocks us out of self-doubt and helps us to smile and laugh again. Sometimes, rosemary is present – for honesty, happiness, cleansing and ancestral memory recall, so you can lean into the wisdom of your forebears.
The journey to creating your doll always begins with a strong intention and prayer. What moves through me is woven into the fibres of each doll. When You become her keeper and infuse it with your own love and prayers, she becomes so much more.

I always source wool from ethical farms who do not routinely practice mulesing.
The adornment of each medicine doll is a slow and beautiful unfolding. Sometimes sigils come in meditation or in my dreamtime. Each doll is a unique expression of her essence.
Your doll comes with her story, signed by me and with care instructions. Your medicine doll can become a deeply comforting companion on your life journey, a keepsake to be passed on and form the centre-piece of a sacred altar to the Goddess or your ancestors.
