Overview
This ceremonial goblet has an impressed design of a Pentacle in an iron wash on the bowl, Surrounding the balance of the bowl are two white incised oak leaves. The base has a band of cobalt blue with snake patterns. The base has a angled textured raised finger ridge. This chalice has my buttermilk glaze, which shows the iron spots of reduction flame firing. Lined with the same smooth glaze it is easy to clean and great for your table or your altar.
This is a perfect size for at least six to ten people in ceremony or a toast at 7 inches tall, by 4 inches wide at the base. Holds 14 ounces. It is thrown in two pieces and joined, light and comfortable in the hand. This one has an exceptionally elegant form!
