Thigh cilice, metal & Black leather, two rows – entirely designed and made by hand in our Parisian workshop.

This one is completely customizable, depending on the desired size.

Standard size excluding customization:
– Length: 55 cm
– Width: 5 cm

Attentive to the quality of the products offered, the metal selected for its manufacture is surgical steel (also called stainless steel) (hypoallergenic, nickel-free) with a diameter of 1.4mm, allowing all types of uses.

Finally, its closure is made of genuine leather, with 3 notches, allowing you to adjust the tightness and therefore the bite of the object to your liking.

The cilice will be delivered in an elegant case, allowing for optimal conservation, safe transport and discretion.

Dimensions of the box, delivered with the cilice:
– Box diameter: 8 cm
– Box height: 6 cm

Important information:

1) When ordering, please indicate your thigh circumference and the unit of measurement by checking the box “add customization”
Example: 50 cm or 20 inch.

The standard size applied, without any indication from you, will be 55 cm / 22 inch.

For the more curious, the origins of the Cilice:
Historically made of goat or camel hair, the cilice was a garment of penance and voluntary mortification.

The cilice flourished during the golden age of Christianity, even among ordinary lay people living in the world, who used it as a discreet antidote to outward ostentation and comfort in their lives.

The cilice is ideally worn mid-thigh. At first a simple inconvenience, it will quickly remind its wearer with every step!
